Terms & Conditions

Acceptance

By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, or issuing a purchase order to DSR Telecom, you agree to these Terms & Conditions unless a separately signed contract states otherwise.

Quotations & orders

• All quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise
• Prices are exclusive of GST and any statutory levies unless specifically mentioned
• Work begins only after written confirmation or a purchase order is received
• Any change in scope after approval is treated as a variation and quoted separately

Client responsibilities

• Providing safe, unobstructed site access and a suitable working area
• Arranging power supply, internet connectivity and statutory site permissions
• Providing licences, credentials and OEM support entitlements where applicable
• Nominating a single point of contact for approvals and sign-off

Payment terms

• Standard terms: 50% advance with order, balance on completion and handover
• AMC and preventive maintenance contracts are payable in advance for the contract period
• Delayed payments beyond 30 days may attract interest at 1.5% per month
• Ownership of supplied material passes to the client only on full payment

Delivery & scheduling

Delivery and completion timelines are estimates given in good faith and depend on site readiness, material availability and client approvals. Delays caused by site conditions or third parties are not attributable to DSR Telecom.

Liability

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the value of the invoice for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, data or revenue.

We are not responsible for failures caused by power fluctuation, force majeure, unauthorised third-party handling, or client-supplied equipment.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep commercial, technical and site information confidential. Our engineers operate under confidentiality obligations at every client site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
