## What a good AMC must state 1. **Scope** - exact asset list with serial numbers and locations. 2. **Preventive visits** - how many per year and what is checked. 3. **Response and resolution SLA** - separate numbers, in working hours. 4. **Escalation matrix** - names and numbers, not a generic helpdesk. 5. **Exclusions** - physical damage, power surges, rodent damage, consumables. 6. **Reporting** - a visit report after every call.
